Nebula RC has proudly crafted a new alternative to the standardized open cell foam inserts used in the RC Crawling community.
Comparing tire movement and action in our full-size off-road vehicles were a huge part of the development of the NoFoam™ RC Crawler Tire Inserts. The result of countless hours of research, design, and performance analysis is a tire insert that not only performs exceptionally, but also offers improved overall crawling ability, flexibility, and durability over traditional inserts.
NoFoam™ RC Crawler Tire Inserts are specifically designed to offer an enhanced scale driving experience and tire appearance for scale builds, whether used for leisurely crawls or for joining RC crawling competitions under the Class 1 1:10 Scale Crawler and Class 2 1:10 Scale Crawler competition categories.
Aside from the enhanced performance for RC Crawler trail climbing ability, NoFoam™ RC Crawler Tire Inserts offer excellent durability and flexibility, with virtually no degradation. As you may already know, one of the challenges that come with using traditional RC crawler foam tire inserts is the structural integrity loss over time, especially when the RC crawler is exposed to water.
With NoFoam™ RC Crawler Tire Inserts, you never have to worry about repetitive purchases to replace the disintegrating old-school foam inserts.
Designed around a 4.19 inch tall tire with a 1.9 inch wheel, the Class 1 NoFoam™ Tire Insert is offered in two different Softness — the Standard Softness and the Comp Spec Softness , Comp Spec is nearly 50% softer than Standard is works great for drivers who want extra tire trip from a large contact patch. The Standard offers additional side hill support and material thickness for heavy scale trucks that need help keeping the tires inflated.

For RC enthusiasts who run bigger tires, the Class 2 NoFoam™ Tire Inserts were designed for rigs that are equipped with up to 4.75 inch Outside Diameter (OD) tires with a 1.9 inch wheel. This product is also offered in two different Softness, with reinforced construction to support heavier vehicles and trail rigs.
Larger wheels make for better ground clearance, more tire flex and a more aggressive stance — all made better with a set of NoFoam™!
